## Billing & renewals

Payments are handled by Stripe. You prepay by the year (1-10 years, longer terms discounted) — there is no monthly plan and no automatic recurring charge. We email a renewal reminder before your term ends; renew any time from your dashboard.
14 days of a charge are honored per our terms (https://isreallyamazing.com/terms.md).

## Certificate changes

Want a different theme, a redirect, or custom share text (Super Amazing and above)? A
self-serve dashboard is on its way; until then, email support and a clerk will make the change
for you — usually same day.

## Trademark or abuse concerns

If a certificate infringes your rights or points somewhere it shouldn't, email
support@isreallyamazing.com with the subdomain and details. Takedown requests are reviewed
within 48 hours.
