# Terms of Service — isreallyamazing.com

**Article I:** You are amazing. **Article II onward:** the normal legal things, stated plainly.

## 1. The service

isreallyamazing.com sells prepaid registrations of personal subdomains (your-name.isreallyamazing.com)
that display a Certificate of Really Amazingness. The subdomain remains ours; your registration
licenses its use for the term you prepay. Certificates are public web pages.

## 2. Billing, terms, renewal

- You **prepay by the year** through Stripe — choose 1 to 10 years at checkout. Longer terms are
  discounted. There is **no monthly plan and no automatic recurring charge**.
- Before your term ends we email a renewal reminder. Renew any time from your dashboard to extend
  the term; you may add multiple years at once.
- Prepaid years are non-refundable except as described in section 3.
- Certain high-demand names ("Names of Distinction") are priced at 2× — always shown before checkout.
- After a term expires it enters a 30-day grace period during which it stays live and renewable;
  if it is still not renewed when grace ends, the certificate comes down and the name becomes
  available for anyone to register.

## 3. Refunds

Email support@isreallyamazing.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right —
a fix, a credit, or a refund.

## 4. Acceptable amazingness

- No names that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, harass, or contain slurs or unlawful content.
- No use of redirects for malware, phishing, or deceptive destinations.
- The Bureau may decline, suspend, or take down any certificate that violates these rules,
  with a refund of unused time where appropriate. Rights holders: support@isreallyamazing.com.

## 5. Service changes & availability

We aim for the certificates to be up all the time, but the service is provided "as is" without
warranties. We may update features, themes, and these terms; material changes posted here.

## 6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the
amount you paid in the twelve months preceding it.
