Is Really Amazing is a leaderboard game for iPhone: your rank is what you have spent this season, recalculated live. Questions and answers below; for anything else, email support@isreallyamazing.com and a human will reply.

What is a handle?

A personalized address - yourname.isreallyamazing.com - that forwards visitors to any https link you choose, and counts how many it has sent you. You set and change the destination in the app. It lasts 12 months and does not renew automatically; buy another term whenever you like. Price depends only on length: shorter names cost more.

Does a handle help my search ranking?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Handle pages are marked noindex and outbound links carry rel="sponsored nofollow noopener ugc", which is the honest way to label a paid link. A handle is a memorable address and a visit counter. Anyone selling you a subdomain as an SEO product is selling you a penalty.

Why do I need a handle before I can rank?

The board is the second half of the product, open to handle holders. Buy a handle first; after that you can spend to rank whenever you want, or never.

How does rank work?

Rank equals your total verified spend in the current season. Ties break by who reached the total first. There is no chance and no prize; the board is the product.

I bought a boost and my rank did not move

Each purchase is verified with Apple before it counts, which normally takes a moment. If it still has not appeared: relaunch the app, which re-delivers any unfinished purchases automatically. If it has not appeared after that, email us with the approximate purchase time and we will reconcile it against Apple's records. Verified purchases are never lost.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple account. Apple decides refund requests, not us. A refunded purchase is deducted from your season total.

When does the board reset?

Every calendar year. The season archives permanently on January 1st and everyone starts the new year at zero. Purchases made in December credit the following season's board.

Can I change my name on the board?

The board shows your Game Center display name. Change it in Settings > Games (or your Apple account settings) and the board follows. To be removed from the public board entirely, email us.
